You get a thorough, focused visit with transparent, upfront pricing and no membership required. It's a deep dive when you need one, without an ongoing commitment.

Direct Integrative Primary Care Membership is for patients who want an actual medical home — a physician who knows their full health history and is available for the long haul. As a member, I become your personal primary care physician, and we look at your health through what I call the whole-tree framework: your lifestyle, metabolic health, structural movement, and mind-body well-being, all considered together rather than as isolated symptoms.

Membership also comes with real, practical advantages: priority scheduling, direct digital access to message me and my care team when something comes up, and meaningful discounts on advanced services like medical acupuncture, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and prolotherapy.
